BiteHaus is an AI-powered meal planning application that generates personalized weekly meal plans based on your dietary identity, cuisine preferences, and fitness goals. The Service includes recipe generation, macro and calorie tracking, grocery list creation, and ingredient substitution suggestions.

User accounts

You may use BiteHaus without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of personal meal planning and nutrition tracking. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage.

AI-generated content

Meal plans, recipes, and nutritional information are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. BiteHaus does not guarantee the nutritional accuracy, safety, or suitability of any meal plan or recipe for your specific health needs.

BiteHaus is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have food allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by BiteHaus. Meal plans generated for your personal use belong to you. You may share your meal plan cards on social media with attribution.

Limitation of liability

BiteHaus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health issues resulting from following AI-generated meal plans.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
